2.) Someone replies with a Fortunately phrase/sentence/etc.
3.) And then the next one would be Unfortunately and etc....

e.g
Person 1: Unfortunately I ran into a goat.
Person 2: Fortunately, the goat gave you milk.
Person 3: Unfortunately the milk was poisoned.
and it goes on...
