How did you purchase:
I was about to send him $50 through paypal to his email, and then realized that he avoided all my questions, accused me of frauding, and then said he reported me to PayPal.

Have you contacted the scammer?:- I yelled some profanities at him. He called me a fraud

If yes, What did they say?:- Called me a fraud and said he will report me to paypal. Then proceded to delete me, block me, and report my IP, apparently.

I have my PSN messages, I can give to a moderator (my account info, I have no camera)

I sent Shiver a PM and he hasn't replied yet. The scammer still has me blocked on PSN, and I don't know how he got my IP, still.

The guy is perma banned, for this and another scam.
