I did so and upon completion, no payment was given. I gave him time to respond and only replied with two word phrases. I even asked him in the shoutbox if he was going to pay and replyed that he didnt know how to use paypal. My thoughts were that if you agree to pay $10, you would atleast know how to use paypal. Here is proof that I have stating that the service was done.

Victory, I will give you two days to pay him, he completed his side of the bargain now it is your turn, if you have not figured out how to use paypal and paid him by then, you will be infracted and added to the untrustworthy list.
Next time, do not trade with something that you do not how to use, such as trading with somebody for vbux and not knowing how to send vbux.
