If you ordered your JTAG 3 months ago, why didn't you open a dispute a lot earlier? I guess that since it has been so long, he wouldn't really have any sort of evidence to give to the delivery company to see where the item went, he wouldn't have any need to keep it being so long.

Knowing shiver, to the best of my knowledge, he isn't the sort of person too scam. He is a legitimate businessman. He always posts what people have paid for.

Also, that website isn't actually his.

Finally, this is between mods and the disputee, no one else should post here.

I have directed Shiver to this thread and he has 24hours to reply.
