I full realise I should not post here either but this is ridiculous. You are accusing a user of scamming just because he as not been online yet to claim what you have made.
Don't you think you should have informed him that you have finished is request, let him come online to check it out and then if he failed to pay maybe consider filing a report?

when i finished i quoted him and pasted there and he was online for about 15 minutes later after i finsihed
