No worries. It wont be long till we get our money, whether you come forward and actually pay the money due, or if the cops have to get the money owed. Either way money will be coming. You can make it easy by just paying the amount rather than having fraud charges along with the money owed to us.

He also scammed me... How are we supposed to go about replying to PayPal?

For anyone who has been scammed by him, he is refusing to refund you. Your best bet would be to go to the police about this.
