Other comments:i added him and he said it was 100k to get 1 week access.He had'nt accepted the F/R so i messaged him through NGU asking about the access and he then told me to add a different account and he accepted then i checked my Friend list and he had deleted me

You told him to send the 100K vbux to you for a challenge lobby, therefore you will have to refund him 100K vbux or a challenge lobby within 48 hours.
