How much?: 150 subs 1k each and a youtube background which i did not recieve or see at any point. However i told him well before he started making it that i did not want it as i found out the backgrounds he was selling were templates which other people had made.

If yes, What did they say?:- Yes, they told me originonally that it would take a day, i contacted them 24 hours later and they said another day. 4-5 days later the subs still have not been done.

Other comments: I gave 200k vbux for 200 subs origonally. He told me he could not do more than 150 subs so i said i would have 150 subs and a youtube background. Shortly after i found the youtube backgrounds he was selling on a template website and there were also some templates being sold from the gfx section of this website. I then told him i no longer wanted the youtube background as he was selling templates so he told me i could have the 50k vbux from the 200k vbux i sent. I have also only recieved around 50 subs. I started my youtube channel with around 40 subscibers and have since recieved 10 real subscribers from people i know. This means he cannot have done more than 60 of the 150 subscribers i have payed for.

This means he still owes me:
50k refund for the extra vbux i sent
either 90 subscribers or the 90k vbux back for the subs he hasnt completed.

Contacted the user. He has 24 hours to reply.

got my hands on 200 accounts and the subs are being done right now.

I have now recieved the 200 subs. Dispute solved.
