Other comments: I wanted to buy a psn card. I saw a post of his, asked him if I could buy it for 1mil, he said yeah, "Who goes first" I said me, I sent Vbux, then he sent me a code That was something weird, and I remembered that it has to have a "B" as the 7th Digit, and it didnt have one, Then he tried giving my Vbux off to other users such as: ukimpact, and SK---DINGY---SK, and they were gladly going to accept even AFTER I told them that he scammed me for that.

Contacted the user. He has 24 hours to reply.

You will get infracted if you don't refund him. I will also be checking for multiple accounts and try to figure out where your 1 million vBux went to.
