If yes, What did they say?:- I told him I have contacted paypal about the refund and they said they are looking into it.

I paid him $20 to rank me up to prestige 11 on black ops ps3 before he had done it and he simply didn't. I provided him with my details and he didn't even login to my account when he said he done the prestige glitch. LIAR AND SCAMMER!

I WANT A REFUND ASAP!

Update: Paypal contacted me and told me to report this to my bank and they will open up a dispute with the person's bank account. After this they will void the persons ac. and have him marked as a scammer. They also told me paypal is fully behind me under this circumstance and will also include the police in this matter if I give them the get go. So I told them I will contact them after I have heard one last time from this person. I will be uploading a print screen of the paypal transaction soon.

God I hate scum like that, have to try and scam people to get money cos they're either too poor or too retarded to get a job!

Contacted the user. He has 24 hours to reply.

2) I told you not to login otherwise it'll kick me out. In order for the stuff to stick I have to exit game and restart it and I get the error code message.
3) How can you supposedly tell by just looking at your friends list?

Despite the fact I am still rank 21 (which i can provide evidence for) and another person said you have scammed them. And I can check because i signed in on my second account "jetchandi" to see whether you'd logged into my account and it said it had been inactive for 12 hours. After that i signed into cod to see whether you did do it somehow and wow, it didn't work. So i made a dispute. I would prefer if you just provide me, and anyone else who wants it, a refund. Either this or i make a complaint to my bank account with full support of paypal? And what difference does it make how many posts and rep I have when I've been registered on this site waaaaay longer than you?
