yea he did the same exact thing to me, call sony tell them you received an email stating your email has changed on your psn, and tell them the email says if this wasn't you to call this number, 800-345-7669, I got put thru to two different people, they asked me some info about the account he couldn't possibly know, than they reset my pw, but they put a 7 day suspension on the account. but they'll give it back. GL bro.

yea she sent me my new password via email and they changed my email back right over the phone.
