Issue: I paid for EliteMossy's MW2 PS3 FF Tool. He has not given what I paid for yet.


Proof:
I had asked him if he wanted me to send the payment:

I sent him the Hardware ID after this message:

I also sent him many other messages originally asking if he could please send the emails to a specific email. He did not reply nor did he send to that email. I also sent messages several times asking if he had received the money and hardware ID. No reply. I noticed that he his too busy to reply to my Pms, but has all the time in the world to post on the forums.

He has been online numerous times this weekend and has not responded to any of my PMs. His last activity was today at 9:00 am EST. His last message to me was Yesterday at 5:00 am EST. My payment was sent on Friday at 5:45 pm EST.

When did this happen: 02/11/11

How did you purchase: Through PayPal

How much?: $10 USD

Did you:
- Buy? Yes
- Sell?
- Trade?

Have you contacted the user?: Yes, several times asking when I would receive the product. He did not reply to one of those messages

Other comments: My suggestions are that if you are going to sell a product (essentially running your own business), you should handle your customers' orders in a timely manner.
