Well his Paypal is unable to send money right now. I know because I just logged into his paypal. Is there anything else that you want from him that can replace the $27?

And everyone else, next person that posts in here that is not the accuser, accused, or staff will receive an infraction.

Well your paypal was limited when I went on it, which means it can't send, so I don't know how it can refund it. The best thing would be to send the money by mail.

if you look in solved disputes it shows one gettin refund which means they must all have and italian also did cuz it was in my email
