Sorry but they don't care, once a dispute is open on you, you must rely and take necessary actions to avoid any bad consequences towards your actions. The signature is permanent so... u stressed.

Well you should have showed proof like time he donated, then when you signed on, things like that. Also regardless you give it back or not you get accused as a scammer. Contact Spartan Gunney & present him with well thought out & actual proof why you shouldnt have the Accused Scammer title & signature, maybe he'll remove it in which I doubt, good luck.
