Other comments:

I have the account added on my main account and saw it had been signing in and out a lot, went on that website where you can check how many times it's been activated and it said wrong email or password
Went on ps3 and tried signing in, and the details were changed.
It's got some money left on the account
I gave guess the details and he said it wasn't working cos the servers, so I gave monster them, and he did it fine, so either he needed to go on it for some reason or just stole it, or it's the other guy.

I will be ringing Sony since I know all the details, and get them to deactivate it all since my details are on it.

So you either still have it active taking up 1 slot or themonster gave it to 3 friends?
You may still have the account activated on your ps3 even if you havnt got the download. So you could still be using a slot :banhamma:

i told you i deactivated it from account management both game and video so it doesn't take a slot. then i deleted the user it was under as well.

To me this is all lies as he gave it to 2 or 3 more of his friends. he hasnt done anything to make up for it, or tried to get his friends to deactivate. He has been on almost eveyday and never checks dispute.

This has been open long enough, and if he isn't taking the decentcy to reply no more, i think its time to wrap this up. I spoke to garf who gave great advice

options....
1. He refunds me for the slots him and his friends took - since it costs me a lot, including £8 they took, a fresh new account with the maps on will do, or just paypal.
2. He gets a scamming infraction, added to the un-trustworthy list, and accused scammer sig.
3. just ban him to prevent it happening again to anyone :banhamma:

you deserve the no.1 mate! you shouldn't ask for anything less due to the fact that we are talking about real money here!

i would like #1 cos then he can pay me back, and then take it up with his "friends" that he has had to pay.
