If yes, What did they say?: He said he refunded it but I see no action. As soon as he said it I checked and saw nothing and IMMEDIATELY replied to him. I have yet to hear from him.

Here's how it happened
1) He sent a PM offering the trophy I needed.
2) I agreed, told him to do it on blank account.
3) He said he did it (the next day i.e. today) and asked me to send the moeny. I asked him for his PSN but he wouldn't tell me. I gave him mine and he hadn't added me.
4) Regardless, I paid the amount he wanted.
5) However, he started beginning me for 40 dollars more and offering another platinum. I said no, and told him to get the deal over with. This was his quote:

6) Once I said no, in fact I offered 10 dollars extra to sync the trophy since he claims it's ready.
7) He then said he refunded it, but he didn't. And he logged out. I gave him 30 minutes both a) to respond and b) to check if I got a refund.
NEither happened, dispute opened.

Contacted the user, he has 24 hours to reply.

User banned.
