^ right there he was begging me to start anyway even though he hasn't paid me, i was like ughh whatever and i got bored so decided i would start early, hoping that he didn't jew me.

he laughs at my face and tells me to file a dispute.
Other comments:
He said $65 to level him up to 50 on black ops. I said ok and now he's backing out. I already did 15 levels and refunded his transaction beforehand because i thought he was scamming me. i got charged 30 cents for that one. 50 levels divided by 15 is 3. $65 divided by 3 is 21. He owes me 30 cents paypal, also. I need $21.30.

I see your logic, but the level get harder as you go up, so I think $15 would be more knowledgeable. Anyways, I'm totally on your side haven't pulled a single trade on this site yet. I'm not planning to unless 1,000+ Rep. Hopefully this scrub pays you DG! Good Luck and your a ****ing beast at BO!
