Other comments: Frostysnoww has recently won a premium nomination, so I just want my 800k back
And I think a month and a half is more than enough time to register a premium payment.

Again, I know we aren't supposed to reply, but your PayPal history never goes away. I have looked back on mine through 2009 just now.
Also, you can click donate, that message will appear regardless of if you sent money or not. I hit it once, didn't send anything, but that message still came to my inbox.

Listen...you don't lose a paypal history. I'm giving you two options...you can either refund him or not.

You have 12 hours to refund the user. If you do not then I will have an admin remove your vbux, return them to the user...and you will be infracted.

It's been 4 days, the user has not come online as of yet (For obvious reasons). How much longer would you say to wait before this matter is solved by force?

Sorry guys for the confusion it wasnt my paypal in the first place it was my grandmas lol. I just felt like since i paid that i should keep my vbux but hey who cares.
