Kay this is a complicated story.

I was selling a 3 month xbox live code + a 20$ psn card + 50$ itunes.
Then he offered 100+ rep and 1 mill vbux and 10$ paypal

so i was a little questiony and kept asking him isnt it against the rules to buy stuff by offering rep?
and he kept saying no dude i have 8000 rep dont worry, trust me.

then he sent 5$ so i sent code, then i was like send other 5$ then hes like it doesnt work then he figures out its a USA account but the card is canadian, so i tell him then he sais its not my fault, so i checked if the code still worked then he had used the code, and he wont send me the other 5$, please mods help me?

I paid you $5. I tried the card, IT DIDNT WORK. I asked what region, you say Canada. I told you im USA, so why give me a Canada one? THEN even when I say I cant use it, you say "Too Bad, you already know the code". WTF why would I pay for something I cant use. Then I ask for a refund, and you say no. So, thats why I disputed on Paypal.

Actually you told me u were US after you paid and i gave u card, its not my fault and u already know the code meas u can make a canadian account and put it on it, and thats exactly what u did.
