I waited and he signed on and off but never gave me the details. I then gave him the following PM and this is the conversation:

And that was the end of the conversation, it has been more than six hours and he has signed on more than once since that conversation yet he still hasn't provided proof and I still haven't received the money. See two more pics below:

If yes, What did they say?:- He said he would provide proof that the money I sent him was put on hold, yet on my side it says it was completed and he has not provided proof. That was more than 6 hours ago and he has signed on multiple times since.

Other comments: I don't even care about the account anymore even if it exists. I just want my money back.

ALSO he is selling another "limited" paypal account in the auctions section right now. He claims it is his yet it is under a different name....
