Other comments: He offered to trade me a 12 month XBL membership code for my PS+ account with 6 pages of downloads and 1st prestige BO etc. I agreed and told him to go first. He disagreed. So, I went first on the condition he owned up if it was fake to a mod which he didn't obviously. I want a refund of a) my account or b) £35.99 (price for a 12 month in Game.)

You could have still had someone check the card and they have stolen it, Xbox Live Gold Cards are not region locked however MSP are.

Can you check/test if the card is valid without activating the 12 months?

You said you was going to sell the codes. But you still tried to activate them on your brother's xbox. If the codes actually worked wouldn't that make it impossible to sell them?

And even if his brother has redeemed it hes not going to tell us is he, if he was trying to make a bit of cash from it.

Nooooo. I was GOING to sell them on here (NGU) as you will see in my previous thread but no one wanted them (Well, not with enough money anyway)
Then I was at my brothers last weekend and decided to use it because I am wanting an Xbox (Don't know if I will get one though) so I made an account there as he had B.O, Mw2 etc. I then discovered it was not a valid code. Thankfully I didn't sell it as I would have look stupid.

If there is an easier way to resolve then I will not back out. Subzero and I can try to resolve it (if he wants) in an easier way
