If yes, What did they say?:-he said that i disputed him on paypal or some crap like that and that he could not refund me,

other comments: i sent him 25 pounds for two youtube accounts. i then wanted a refund because he said one of them was ready for partnership but it was to confusing and he said something about it only working in the usa.. then he said he would give me a refund but he said he transfered the money to a different account and he couldn't refund it. He then changed the pass to the youtube accounts. He also said no refunds after i asked him and it says nowhere no refund, Hes also is good guy i just want a refund.

Why can't you send him the money in the mail?

And seeing as you said you're 'not allowed', I assume you live with your parents? Well if you explained the situation to one of your parents they would understand that it is absolutely vital that you are able to send him the money. I'm sure one of them would have a bank account and you could use that to send him the money.

well i gave you the money and its not my fault if someone disputed you on paypal.

If you had any other money you could send me like just a little I would be find and send you the accounts be currently no one has the money because you started the dispute.

No Im in College but I dont have any money what so ever at all... So there is no way for me to get $1, im lucky that I have premium on NGU...

I've just read over your dispute post again, and in all honesty Keith is not obliged to give you a refund.

As long as Keith completed the trade legitimately then there is nothing that we can do.

He did complete the trade but then wanted a refund so he refuned on paypal which made my money held because they thought I was scamming him so now all I can do is wait until the money is unheld and I will refund even though I said NO REFUNDS but whatever.

He gave you a refund over paypal and they held your paypal? Didn't he send the money to you? How could he refund himself?

i think hes trying to say that i disputed him on paypal to try and get a refund but if you seen my proof in the earlier posts i never disputed him. So someone else most have, not my problem.

1. He sent the Money back
2. I gave him the YouTube Accounts
3. He tried to get the money back
4. Paypal held the money because they thought it was a scam, so now nobody has the money currently and I cant refund it so...
