Listen right, Please read all the comment properly and also, I was talking to _Jimbo and were cool with eachother and he said that he wouldn't of minded me selling the site it's just that Docka ****ed all the other sites. Also, The site was mine but the hosting account weren't mine and Jimbo gave me permission to use it!

Scamming including vBux is not a 5 point infraction, it's a 2 point. He will be stuck with the convinced scammer bar and he will be banned for 5 days (Since he already have one infraction point)

Oh well looks like I'm gonna get infracted and I've already got a Accused Scammer bar. Also, Just because I needed help from someone to set up the site doesn't mean it wasn't mine it just means I got help with it. Why should I refund him the vBux if he's got my site? I'm not refunding because the site was mine

It has been proven that you sold something that wasn't yours, and the buyer has a right to a refund. But very well, you will be infracted for scamming.
