When did this happen: 26th of May
How did you purchase: Paypal
How much?: £89 for a PS3
Did you;
- Buy
Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes
If yes, What did they say?:- he said he sent it but cant provide proof unless i close dispute and he said that he called the post office and got the item back so i asked for a refund but he has not replied yet.
Other comments: He also said he sent the ps3 on the 27th of May but it would have arrived by now. I would like a refund as he said he has the item now

What are you complaining about? you have disputed your money back with paypal and got it. plus I got my ps3 so no one has lost anything, whats to complain about?

No u havent. I still have the dispute open for £50 so u need go on it and refund me and also the other £39 that i sent u need to refund so in total £89.

someone has made a false claim of money against me and my money is in - figures and I am unable to refund, but if Abtean will allow me to sell some items on Ebay to get his money back????

Yes ok but he should be able to refund the £50 i have on the dispute right now. Also i will need a time limit.
10 days is reasonable so until the 19th of June.
