Proof:The Proof that i have is a user by the name of [ Durk ]
Apparently he has bought my Xbox Account from FusionBeats67.
After BeatFusions67 had said he had sent my account information back to me.
I also have all the messages in my Inbox of this deal that i have been scammed in !.


When did this happen:This happened about two and a half months ago.
So i can still dispute this.

How did you purchase: I didn t he asked for my account for a 1,600
micrsoft points card

How much?:for a microsoft card

Did you;
- Buy?
- Sell?
- Trade?/////////////////////////////////////

Have you contacted the scammer?:-yes
If yes, What did they say?:- That he sent the account info but it was wrong

Other comments:He said he wanted to see if my Xbox account was legitimate.
So me being a trusting and obliging person I sent him my account information.
Then he said he did not want to do the Deal.
And sent me back the information for My xbox account.
I Tested the information he sent back to me it was wrong Password/Email.
Then i said to him the Info is wrong.
He replied well that is your problem not mine.
The account Information had been obviously changed by him.

I would like to get my account back
I would like the user Durk to be refunded
And quite frankly i would like this user to be BANNED as he is in 2 other disputes.

And on a personal note i do appreciate all that the Moderators do for this great
website Next Gen Update and saddened by Scam artists that ruin it.

Yes that would be great if you guys could refund Durk i asked him myself if he would give me
back my account if i could get him the 3 mil vbux , i would really appreciate this and be
very grateful for all the help in this Dispute.

There is one problem. We don't see any record of Durk sending anyone 3 million vBux, and we don't see any record of beatfusion67 receiving anything. Anyone care to explain the circumstantial of this trade?

I did send it but it was before the update of the site so that might be why?

Okay well all i now is that i was looking to buy an xbox accountobviously because mine was stolen.
So Durk sent me a private message saying he had one i asked him what was on it and the Gamer Tag for it.
He then replied it was xi hunter128 xi i sent him a message saying it was mine.
How did he get it he said a user called DragonSlayer67 sold it to him for 3 million vbux.
DragonSlayer67 is now BeatsFusion67 he changed his user name .
I explained to Durk how it got stolen from me from DragonSlayer67 now BeatFusion67

So he then said to me to make a Dispute with him and if i could get the 3 million vbux
he payed for my account he would give it back to me.

Thats all i know from what Durk has told me about the deal.
I hope this helps and clarifies a few things.

I understand the situation. But we need proof of you buying the account for 3mill vBux. If you can see it from our side we can't just deal out vBux. Do you have any PM's or referral posts you can confirm this with?

this is the thread he posted on, which was basically just him saying what it is and me confirming it so there are no problems... 3mill is also said as that is the final price we decided on
