Other comments: 1 day ago I received an email saying my account got limited due to some etrade thing (His fault.) , I havent sent or received any payments so I want a new account made.

That's not his policy from the beginning though.

If you have proof of that you can open a dispute if the new account does not work. Can I close this now?
