Well it is NOT my fault that it is limited because I didn't touch the PayPal when he verified it.

He NEVER told me that the account would be limited later on. I just wasted 169K and it is limited. Being un-verified and limited are the same thing basically /facepalm

I was not informed of when he did the actual verification. Your account was verified on the 20th of June and the account was also limited at the 20th of June, correct?
