How did you purchase: The deal was, the PSN account for 100 subscribers from my YouTube shop and 1m vBux. My original offer was 1.2m, but he wanted to buy the subscribers so I combined the two.

Other comments: I just want this sorted out. I understand it was his friend's account before and this may not be his fault, but if all fails I'd like some kind of compensation for the account.

For 30 day ban and the account being taken by someone else? Sorry, but what kind of deal would that be? I don't get my entire refund after I was scammed and got banned because of the deal? Dispute stands.

The fact that your console is banned for breaking sony's Terms of service is not relevant in this dispute. Sony probably reset the account details, that might be the reason you can't log in.



If you Nummpty still have the DoB and the secret Q/A you can retrive the account and resend him the account details.

I'v never had the D.O.B or secret Q/A.

The only person that had the account before me was my mate but he doesn't have a Ps3 any more that's why he gave the account to me.
