Other comments: So this is what happened. I saw he had a thread selling his account with $120 psn. I contacted him and asked him a few questions about the account before buying..
One of the questions i asked him (and the most important to me) was how many slot there were.. He responded saying 4 which was a lie as there was 1. I have proof of saying there were 4 in the proof section. I would just like a refund as the product that was described to be isnt the product that i bought.

i paid you 3 hours at most after and i didnt go on it until 3 minutes before i paid
if you refund me $45 i will accept it and ask for this to be closed.
that is because i paid $60 for 4 slots in theory only one slot is available so 1/4 of $60 is $45. so i would like $45 back.

Pretty sure it was close to a day.. and still you could of told me the DAY of that you weren't satisfied with the account for some odd reason...

i didnt know it only had one slot until i pm'd you. im a busy person and i dont always have time to inspect things thoroughly thats why i believed you when you said 4... so could i be refunded the $45 and we will be done with this.

i can refund you 30... i already checked the amount you sent.

In your dispute: Do NOT give him a refund. 1. You said "pretty sure". That would not be held up in legal law, since you did not clearly state it. 2. He spent more then half, you can use that to your advantage, that's like buying some tioler paper and say "I'm pretty sure it's soft", then the guy uses 70% of it then wants a refund because it wasnt soft. Also, if he bought a bunch of stuff, he still has it on the PS3 so....

-->As Slur stated above... I said "PRETTY SURE" therefore like i said earlier... which FOXKAZ completely ignored, he is not issued to a refund by any means. HE USED OVER HALF OF THE ACCOUNT PSN...DOWNLOADING PSN MATERIALS THAT OBVIOUSLY ARE PERMANENTLY ON HIS PSN HARDWARE! I will not issue him a refund.. THAT WOULD BE OBSERVE
