You both have access to the $110 you took back from NGU. Give it back, now. This dispute was filed yesterday, and neither of you have done anything to defend yourselves. All I've seen is "it was his idea to scam, not mine."
Refund NGU the $110 by today, you've had plenty of time to play with the $110 you just retracted from NGU.
How is it might? You had the money, so you donated to NGU, then you took back the money. The money is there, so give it back. If you didn't have the money to donate to NGU, then why would you open up a shop?
I'm not sure about you, DiJi, but from my point of view on this matter, it was their plan from the start to "fake" the donations to recieve vbux from the NGU community. With that said, I believe these two DO NOT have the $110 that they 'said' they have.
They planned to use the eCheck to make them (the NGU Administrators) believe that the donation was sent, but it failed because it was fake after a few days.

I sent like $1 or $5 to my friend and i thought it would have sent but it was eCheck so it didnt send and after like 4 days you asked me if the guy got the $1, and I said "no" and you were like lets do this to NGU, they get 1000's of dollars a month they wont notice.
Based on that statement again, they knew that the eChecks were fake and were going to be invalid after a couple of days. However, they took advantage of the 'invalid message' delay, and used it for their gains from NGU.
