So you made a deal with this user while the price was $30, then changed the deal with raising the price to $70? According to the trophy auction rules this is not allowed (to edit the deal). You have to finish this deal for the original price regardless of how hard it is, that is unless MysticDragon want to cancel the deal.

Yes, making mistakes are human, but you have to face the consequences. Refusing to cooperate here will result in an infraction for scamming.
