Exactly, if he tried to get you banned for something he knew you didn't do he can get infracted for attempting scam. But if you wish I can close this now.

id actually like to get his ass infracted for attempting to ban me for something ive completed.

I have contacted him again. He have 24 hours to explain why he lied, if he fail to reply within the time limit given he will be infracted for attempted scamming.

@ my time i'll sync the trophies in 1 hour and 50 minutes i said alright sure... so then after that he logged in .. i waited 30 minutes .. i didn't see the damn trophies i logged out @ 1:30 am i went to sleep now i found this bullcrap? you both saying I'm lying ? what about him ? he lied more than once and your saying I'm the one who is lying ? at least i have my own referrals =___=
