Other comments: I trusted him with my paypal acc and then he trys to steal it. I already got my account back but i just want this user banned so he doesnt try to scam anyone else.

That's not the exact email he has set but the one he is using is more than similar enough to prove that it was him, there's only 1 character difference.

SO is he going to get banned or just be a convicted scammer?

I'm not the one handling the dispute but just noticed nothing had been done for ages when I could help, so he changed your paypal information and is now denying it, correct?

You have 24 hours to give back the paypal account and if applicable, any money that was used in 24 hours or you will be banned.

There is proof you changed the email to one of yours, so don't try and deny it yet more.

The user is banned, he came on since being told to give the account back yet ignored it constantly.
