What I find very suspicious is that you recorded this in a special way and made sure we saw that the payment was successful etc before you tried the PW. It is very good proof, almost too good. It looks almost staged. Also you never tried the exact user name and the password while filming it. How do we not know you typed in something else? Also on AIM your user name and nick name is two different things. You can change your nickname to whatever you want. So this might in fact not be the bluewaffle as you are disputing here on NGU. It looks like someone is framing him. You need to prove to me that the bluewaffle here on NGU is connected to that bluewaffle on AIM.



You need to prove to me that you are not connected to this bluewaffle on AIM. Why would he sell an account with that particular name? Do you know anyone who would want to frame you like this?

The reason I didn't try the PW first was cause he wanted the money first, once i sent him the money he would send me the PW. I took the video with my blackberry everysecond because before we started the transaction he siad you should record to make sure everything goes correct and that he will too, so I took out my recording device and recorded everything, I didn't feel like getting scammed for $90..I will go get the proof now of his AIM as well.

and just so you know, dont try and say you can fake Paypal names cause you can't. This is what you get for scamming.

Yeah he refunded me, but I think he should still have some type of consequence for an attempt to scam? the only reason he refunded me was cause he knew paypal was gonna give me the money back from his account.

What I am trying to explain is that, in the video he recorded the NAME of the person he was talking to, not the USERNAME. Anyone can change the name on the chat and put whatever they want, in this case my name on NGU (bLuEwApHLe) so you think it was me, but it wasn't me. That's what I am saying.

Yes YOU CAN fake an account. The email in that VIDEO of my other dispute is "[email protected]" . You could make a new email and a new account with the same name because with that video you can get enough information to make a new fake account.
