Disputes on paypal never work if the money was sent as a gift, which I assume it was. Armorlightking care to comment on this?

User isn't going to refund on either of his disputes, dispute closed.

I'm sorry armorlightking but it's out of my control, if I were you I'd file a dispute on paypal.
