Ok we made the deal 2 weeks ago.I was lvl1 in Black Ops and he said that he'll rank me up to lvl50 and he just need 1-2days.Everything was fine because after a day i was lvl23 but then he never ranked me up again!At the next morning my internet was down for 2 weeks and and after 2 weeks my internet was up and i started Black Ops and had a look at my rank...still lvl23...then i warned him that he should rank me up but he never did it!I want a refund!

I contacted the accused user, he has 24 hours to reply.
