Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes
If yes, What did they say?:- He will refund the money, but he hasnt refunded yet, he said it will take 3 days, it has been more than 3 days

I haven't scammed him at all, he purchased my CP (Cod Points) service and life has come up so I didn't have time to play the game and get the CP (Cop Points). And by life I mean tests I've had to study for, big projects due, football practice and games, and a family member passing away. I finally just got done with most of that stuff and have time to start getting the CP now, so I never intended to scam him. I just didn't have time to get on my PS3 in that time. Also I logged in to show that I intended to get them, but again I had to get off very quickly because of other obligations.

its been over 3 weeks and u said ull get it done last weekend

You have 48 hours to either refund the money, or provide the service.
