Even if he was to win, i was unable to pay him because my computer was fried due to my roxio gamecap

Other comments:i was accused during a time where i had no access to ngu because my computer, also "C✪" got me infracted because i had a contest running with a 40k prize. What was so wrong about this is that i never said he or anyone won, and i had no possible way of giving out the prize because my computer was fried due to my roxio gamecap..... whats really bad is how he could win the dispute without any investigation going on my the mod who is responsibility is to rightfully dissolve the dispute. All i want is my infraction removed :|
