recently scammed byo-uMaR-o, he sold me an enhanceviews.com account with 19million credits for £10 and i have all the proof in the world to show that he did sell it and did scam me!

have you tried to contact the scammer: i have tried to contact the scammer but he has deleted me from skype and will not reply to me at all.

Contacted the accused user, he has 24 hours to reply.

This has nothing to do with NGU? We didn't deal on NGU, but skype.

So you admit you scammed him, but not on NGU..?

My paypal is limited, so I can't refund him?
