I do not have to refund or continue, ToS is ToS just because the transaction was on NGU does not mean you have authority over my ToS. I don't see you ToS laying around saying any sales through NGU are dealt with the staff.
You can guide me if there is something. I would be happy to take this to court if he really thinks I need to spoonfeed him to ToS.
Edit, might be able to get free reseller. If I do you can have your other 5 months

Court? Are you kidding? Just refund the 3 million vBux then if you don't want to continue the service. You have 24 hours to refund the vBux.

The thing is I had ALL of my work on the other hosting thing, and now its gone and I can't have it back.

I saw that. But the way you're treating him, I figure he'd rather want a refund. You two need to figure out a solution you can both agree on.
