When did this happen: Started 28th Oct he paid for a DS2 Plat for another NGU Member, which I sync'd without any problem.

How did you purchase: DS2 trade for PSN Cards

How much?: 2 x $50 PSM Cards

Did you;

- Trade? Yes

Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes
If yes, What did they say?:- A lot - you can see his story changes as below.

Other comments: I didn't want to open this dispute, I've asked M4 to resolve with alternative means.

For the record - I had been keeping Foxkaz up-to date on our various PM's, my last pm was not to open this thread but I can understand if he is getting several PM's that he was left with little option.

The argument of the cards keeps coming up BUT it looks like we're resolving this...as part of the Dead Space2 deal it included the DLC - I delivered Plat with no DLC. I'm working on this now and have 50% complete. I have contacted the owner and he was happy to wait until we got things resolved.

My only problem atm, M4 has been on/off on/off - one minute its yes to Dark Souls Plat, then its no. If I sync the DLC what guarantees have I got that M4 will deliver?
Atm I'm a DS2 Plat & $100 down (had to buy new cards - prove can be emailed to Foxkaz). I'll probably just sync DLC anyway as I like the Account owner and wouldn't want him to get messed around but I need something in return.

I DID'NT USE THE CODES, THE CODES DID NOT WORK WHEN MY GUY TRIED TO REDEEM THEM.

We've been over this a million times...its tiresome, you agreed to stop going on about it and just finish this deal.

ARE YOU GOING TO FINISH THE DEAL AS AGREED?
If it is being completed I want a date on it.
