How did you purchase: PayPal

How much?: I got about 7 hrs of diers
He said that when we are trying to find/connect to a lobby he doesnt count time, but while we are trying to join each other he sends messages saying I'm wasting time, so 30 minutes was taken out of most dieing times.
Also he had asked me to send some money to another guy he owed and he would pay me back, he gave me an option of 4 hours of diers. I said yes but again time was wasted cause of connection and hosts, which he said he doesn't count. In all that being said i Think it fair just to refund $30.00 in full dollars back. I know i can easily dispute on PayPal but I thought i would try to make it easier on Myself and him if he just sent me it.

Look I can refund $20 but not $30. I did way more hours than that. And you couldn't connect when I invited you. But, I really think that you should take the 2 hour 30 min. I will only count in game time i.e. when playing online in a game and not a pre game lobby

I didn't even scan you. Look at the thread, last edited was last night and that was to add rank up shop. Besides, you wasted over 2 hours of my time. So you get $20 and the payment hasn't even come through

That was long before this dispute. You didn't send payment to me anyway. So I don't have power to send it back. If anything, you scammed me. Scammed me of my time, you took valuable time of mine when could've been doing something better. You can't just ask for a full refund when you make me waste time waiting for you to join.
