If yes, What did they say?: he did not respond to my private message and when i asked him about my account being hacked he just put a sad face and told me he was going to get some choco.

Other comments: I traded a $20 psn card for his OG youtube account called mofos, i had the account for 2 months and out of no where yesterday when i was gonna get rid of it i got signed off and when i tried logging in it didnt let me so i recovered the password and when i logged my gmail(youtube) account the youtube account wasnt attached to my gmail account anymore, i visited the channel and the whole layout was changed so thats when i realized it was stolen. I never gave my info to anyone, and danny is the person who sold me that account so im guessing he recovered it, and earlier in the day before i got my account stolen he had asked me randomly if i still had it. I asked him about my channel being stolen and he ignored me. I want a $20 psn card back or another OG youtube account.

i never traded with h0lte though, as you can see in my posts i was going to but i never did. right before i traded i got logged off mofos and wasnt able to sign back in. Your a cool guy Danny dont get me wrong i used to watch your videos on youtube and i honestly didnt wanna make this dispute against you but Its kinda weird that the day i was gonna trade you had asked me about mofos and its also weird that h0lte (the guy i was gonna trade) is your friend. Their isnt any other person to blame because i never gave h0lte my info and he even said so on my profile posts, i know i blamed h0lte for hacking it but thats because he was the only person i could of thought of at the time but i thought to myself maybe you took it back since you were the owner before me. Danny i feel the same way when your channels got banned, just the fact that knowing all the time and money you spent on your channel was for nothing and that you cant even log in too it anymore, it hurts.

Why did you ask about the channel the other day?

Like i said in the first post when i recovered my google account that was linked to mofos, mofos wasnt attached to my google account anymore so when i went on youtube it was asking me to make a new channel! So some one took back the youtube account and put it under a new google account leaving me with nothing. Idk if you tried taking it back because you thought you would get away with it but i just want an OG that i like or the $20 psn card i had gave you.

cuz i didnt trade it, if i traded it why would i make a dispute against you, like i said i didnt even want to make this dispute cuz i know your a cool guy in my book. i dont have aim skype or msn or im, even ask your buddy h0lte hes the one who wanted to trade on those websites or whatever they are but i told him no ill only trade on ngu. And i did want my mofos account i told you i wasnt gonna sell it, iwould only trade it for another OG account. And you telling me that you wouldnt want my account isnt gonna convince me that you didnt take it cuz u even said it was nice account. Their is proof on my profile and h0ltes profile that i was gonna trade with him but right before we did trade i got signed off my account! Hes your friend why cant you just ask him if we traded or not? i honestly think that you and h0lte are in it together.

Who knows maybe you sell them and recover them how should i know, and h0lte told me you guys were friends

I never traded with the user h0lte so its not breaking a rule.

Just because your Premium doesnt make you more trustworthy, theirs always premiums getting banned for scamming.

Paypal has nothing to do with this dispute.

Like you said we traded on 10/16/2011 and now its 1/4/2012 and according to the rules on NGU i have the right to open a dispute against you.

Your just saying stuff that doesnt matter, i dont care if your bff was a mod and likes you a lot, i have more refs on NGU so ive done more transactions on here making me more trustworthy, Since you brought up paypal rules im guessing that you hoped paypal rules worked on here and waited those 60 days to pass and waited for the perfect opportunity to steal the account.
