The guts of it, I did a DeadSpace2 Plat on behalf of M4, he was to pay with 2 x $50psn cards - they didn't work, then he agreed to give me a Dark Souls Plat as payment - he then changed his mind and got banned.

Hondayr proceeded to VM me claiming that M4 would never scam anyone and that I was out of order, I explained the series of events, Honday proceeded to -Rep me and continue his VM assault. I requested that he stops contacting me.

To my surprise I noticed that Honday started a new thread today claiming he was doing a Dark Souls Plat and would anyone be interested:

As you can see from his own thread, he makes it sound like he was the one doing the Plat.
After some digging I asked if this was genuine or was he selling the Plat on behalf of the Banned Scammer M4, his reply:

Everytime I challenge him on this, the threads are deleted and he basically gets away with selling the Dark Souls Plat (which belongs to me) on behalf of a banned Scammer from this site.

My request:
The Dark Souls Plat is sync'd to my account, without any messing i.e. 0%'s being added
or
Hondarydr is perma banned from NGU.

Contacted the user, he has 24 hours to reply.

Have a question that's bothering me over this whole saga...Honday had an open shop today, admitted that he was trading on behalf of a known scammer, when he was confronted he soon made some pathetic excuses and requested his shop to be closed.
Normally when this happens the thread goes to the Universal Dumpster but his suspiciously get fully deleted...why was that?

Okay as you already know, you are leaving out quite a bit of information.

First off, yes I did admit that I was selling for a banned user but at the time of the posting I had no clue that it was against the rules. Connor PMed me asking if I was selling for another user and this is my reply:

He told me not to do it again and that is why I contacted Sub Zero and had him close the thread. However, NOT ONCE did I tell him to delete the thread, that was solely on him. I'm not saying it is his fault for doing that but that was HIS choice, I never even told him to move it I just told him to close it. He then proceeded to move it to the Universal Dumpster and then he deleted it. I wasn't trying to "hide" anything.

And the part about you telling me that it was your Trophy and my response was "I really don't have time to take shit from you so I'll just sell elsewhere. Kthxbye." WAS NOT my response to that at all! That was a response later on in the thread when I was tired of getting so much shit talk from you. And lastly, you say everytime you challenge me on that the "threads" are deleted? I don't know what you're talking about considering the fact that I only created one thread on the matter. If you are referring to the VMs you are sending me then it's pretty obvious, I don't want your shit talk on my profile so I simply delete it. You told me to stop messaging you right after M4 got banned and guess what I did, I stopped. So I would appreciate it if you could also stop posting on my profile.

So overall I really don't owe YOU anything. You bought the trophy from M4 so that is his and your problem. I had NOTHING to do with that, I was never involved in that transaction. So you trying to get me perma banned here isn't going to happen because I was not involved with that transaction at all and I was NEVER "attempting to scam" anyone!

-Dave- I have to say this, this guy Honday is one of the dimmest most ignorant people I've ever had the displeasure to converse with, its actually painful having to read any of his posts and a chore to reply. Saying that I don't want to get into a slagging match, its slightly unbalanced.

My main problem is the repeated lies, knowledge of scamming and try to make a quick (unmoral) profit for himself.

It seems with every post I have to start the whole dispute again -

Step1 - M4 was banned for scamming me - Honday posts his opinion on my profile in a derogatory manner - I explain exactly what happened, the fact that M4 was previously banned for scamming, that I helped him but he scammed me again - Honday was aware of this information.

Step2 - armed with the knowledge that Honday knew M4 was a banned Scammer of NGU, he goes and opens a shop and here's the real smart part - His thread clearly implies that he was doing the Dark Souls Plat himself but he was clearly selling on behalf of M4. Only after I addressed him on this matter did he admit that he was coverting with a banned Scammer.

Step3 - When Honday admitted to selling a Plat on behalf of a known Scammer (which he had previous knowledge) I asked the question:

My reply - sorry for doing it in this manner but it pinpoints him selling the Plat even when he knew it was a for a Banned Scammer.





AND HERE IT IS - prove Honday intends to sell the Plat one way or another:

Honday is aiding and abetting a known Scammer.
In the trophy trading section he is relaying messages on M4's behalf - this is not a little mistake, he knew exactly what he was doing.

His position as a member & part of the Media team is now untenable - only course of action is perma ban.

Not that I care now but your shop was deleted it was only when I addressed the issue with -Dave- that it magically appeared in the Dumpster. Also you had posts deleted in your little video thread - STOP FCUKING LYING all the time you POS.

I haven't actually read all of this, as I will intervene when necessary.

Enough of this 'trading for a banned user', if you traded for someone who is banned you're trading for yourself, i.e. you are the one who scammed jedt if it is found that a scam took place (not the banner user).

And there is where none of this makes sense. I NEVER DID A TRADE!!!! I never did one sale out of my trophy "shop". This is a such a pointless dispute, I said I didn't know that it was against the rules and once I found out I stopped. Never did I make a transaction with Jedt, just read my above post. I'm not even going to reply to Jedt's post because this is absolutely pointless...

You were trying to sell a Plat on behalf of a known Scammer and made out like it was yours initially.
Not once did you apologise, when I confronted you on your little video thread you mocked me and actually had the audacity to deny it but you had all those posts deleted so we can't see them now.

You also clearly stated (as shown in Post#6 above) that you intend on selling the Plat elsewhere.

The reasons are plentiful for this dispute - like I've said a number of times You're a Disgrace to this Site.

Full Perma Ban is the only resolution here.
