If yes, What did they say?:- They said that they would erase all of the info linked to that acc and send me the info. (no response... everytime he is online and i send him a message he just goes offline)

I just tried to view the channel I bought and either it has been suspended or he set it invisible. If it is indeed suspended I would like a refund. He also has not responded to anything yet. I know he still has time to respond but he has been online like 5 times in the past day.
