Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes
If yes, What did they say?:- He got online and offline, nothing...
Other comments: I don't want to open a PayPal dispute or cause any problems, I was just hoping he would realize I need a refund. I am no longer needing this service anymore, he did 15 levels so ill give em 1$, so I expect a $15.50 refund. I hope he gets this notice before this turns into a PayPal dispute and a ban.

I have fully repaid him. I have receipt from PayPal pic on my iPhone and the transaction of vbux proof on it too. Idk how to get the proof from my iPhone to here though
