Have you contacted the scammer?:-yes for 6 weeks he said that he forget the pass then he called US sony and he sayed he want some time to recover it from Irland sony he sayed that he msg them and recover it but he gave me the wrong email and pass i asked him to make sure he sayed the details doesnt work for him then he asked for couple weeks and i just wait him then i asked him for a dead time he told me that this sunday the dead time to give me the account when i msged him today he sayed that im scammer !!!! WTF i go first and send the money and waited for 6 weeks and now im scammer !!! I want that ****in account or a refund !!!

He said that i scammed him who i scammed him when i went first and i didnt asked for money i always just asked for the account !

He said that he called sony and they give him the account history then he assume that i have the account , sony will never give to anyone the account history ...

Yeah he send me the details but they are wrong ! I asked him just to make sure about the details and he said he will try to recover it for me but i will wait some times , i said ok then when i asked him did you get it he said that im scammer !

This account was made by The Mod MommesBoyOnline if venom will give him the S/n for his ps3 and you asked MBO to call sony and recover it , this way we can solve this and i have the account , and if he can say it was stolen on this way the one who have this account will get banned from the psn

How am I to know that you did not simply receive the account, then change the password in an effort to get your money back? Also, I am not familiar with Playstation's customer service system, so you will have to show me proof that they will not tell the account history, because honestly, I see it that if someone is an account owner, I don't see why Sony wouldn't give them the account history at their request.

I will send email to sony and ask them for my account history and i will show their replay to you and i told you NP i dont want my 40$ that i payed him for it i just simply want the account that i spend my money for it .
And like i told you MBO can solve this by calling Irland sony and recover the account .

They give you the "history" of what's been happening on the account. Like questions, from phone calls. Because when you call they ask for a First and Last name, and a phone number and email; then they ask what you're problem is and after giving them it, they ask for the name of the account and they take notes on what your issue is. For example, if i called them and said my PSN was BigDockNITRO1, then told them my problem which was my dog deleted all my friends, then they'd take notes about what I tell them; so if i get disconnected or want to call back later, they give you a reference number and if you lose that number, they say something like "Give me a second while i look up what you gave us the last time you called"

Well, I do believe it has been established that Venom received a payment from Zero for a PSN account, and Venom sent some form of details. However, the problem is whether or not those details were legitimate. I will attempt to get MBO in here to recover the account, if that is even possible, and then we will go from there.

Update. MommasBoyOnline is unable to assist in this thread, so we are without a paddle here. I am gonna make this one simple, because it's quite a problem. I'm feeling a 72 hour time window. Someone needs to resolve this and either say they have the ****ing account, or give the proper ****ing details. After that, no mercy, whoever I find out is lying gets IP banned. 72 hours to resolve this issue, because quite frankly I don't see any other way around it.

Sorry, mate, but there's nothing I can really say. I'm telling the truth. He has the account and i can guarantee it. I've been on NGU for a long time and i'm not trying to get banned, actually IP banned, for something stupid. I have never scammed on this site and I dont plan too. All I know, is that i'm not about to get IP banned due some fagget ass lier. This is seriously pissing me off.

If you can see the pms between me and him you can find that i just want that account and im not lying here , i just asked for the account all the time i never said he is scammer or think to open this untill he say that im scammer ! how in the hell i scammed him when i payed the 40$ and just wait him to give me the account ! , if i get banned for asking for the account that he should give it to me this is unfair !! , cuz i lost my money and the account and now my ngu account .

He said he is sure that i have the account ! How he is so sure ? And he cant get a proof for it :/

And if you asked him to refund me i dont want the money he can donate that money to ngu but i want you to make sure that he really donate that money .. I have no need for money cuz i cant even get it back to my CC
