If yes, What did they say?:- The money well not send, my paypal is messed up i have to wait 3 days on paypal send the money to my bank this was 4 days ago did not get any money off him. Told him the dead line was Friday and today i had PM 2 times no reply and he lies and lies about it i think today is the day for him to pay me 5days has been a load of time to get 30$
Other comments: I have his account on my ps3 with the gt5 plat sync if you want me to take photos for proof.
He was online when i was PMing him then he had gone offline maybe when he had seen it was me look here in the screen snap on to buy and back off

Press details of the transaction and screen that to show proof.

Your screenshot is not valid. Refund him his $30 or you're banned. Simple as that.

Your screenshot is fake. I just got finished team viewing Paul and I can confirm he didn't receive a payment for $30 on the 3rd, (or any date for that matter) from you, as your "screenshot" claims. Now you can stop bullshitting and pay him, or get banned. the choice is yours.

well its simple i sent the payment there fore it not a fault by me. i have provided proof the mayment has been sent therefore either he is showing you different acc or there is a fault in paypal end. now i dont have another 30$ in there to send, i have already sent him payment anyway so wouldnt send again if i did. also i do not agree with how you as a mod come in to a dispute without giving a timefrime instantly siding with him without asking any questions. but hey its as simple as i sent the payment money went from my paypal and id love someone to explain how to fake a screenshot of a web page

He has shown me the correct account (the one with the email you claimed to send the money to). He did not receive any sort of payment from you. I had him refresh the page as well, to make sure it was legit. And I did ask Pual questions, if I didn't then I wouldn't be accusing you right now. He was able to show picture proof, then when I asked him for live proof, he allowed me to teamview him, where I could directly see he wasn't lying. You on the other hand, have supplied a fake picture and are now accusing me of not "giving you a timeframe" when that wouldn't even matter if you truly did pay him back, and it's not like you aren't already responding to this dispute in the first place, so you're more than aware of it. Now give him what you owe him, simple as that.
