What did you purchase?: nothing. I sold this user (2)Pre-Paid Credit Cards with LOW ammounts on them, 1 had 3.00$ and the other had 2.33$ he offered me 7.00$ and i accepted. he sent it through paypal which ended up being 6.68$ after converting to USD and it was an INSTANT PAYMENT.
it was there as soon as i accepted.

Proof: i left him feedback in his referrals sections like he asked me to about 10 minutes after the transaction was completed. thats right You must login or register to view this content.
can you get the messages we sent back and fourth right here on NGU. and he even clearly states there is a case open right here in this thread.

If yes, What did they say?:- got very rude and angry. as he did here in this thread. and insulted me and told me if i be patient they will just resolve it in my favor. which is fine but the scam is that he is TRYING to get the money back after taking my money already.

paypal made no such thing.. YOU opened a case to dispute a the transaction you made. your so upset and defensive yet if it were untrue you would be calm and cool as i am even though your trying to screw me. you just dont wanna get your "rep" hurt due to being a scammer because your probably looking forward to scamming more people on here and again they need to be warned.
why would i want to hurt you or your rep ? im not a bully or a child and i dont just sit around and make things up and do things that will hurt other people out of boredom. so why ? what do i gain by you being a scammer or an accused scammer ? NOTHING. look at it from my point of view. the emails i receive for my paypal says your name and that YOU filed a dispute... if that would never have happened then i never would have been here.. i have been nothing but 100% with you the entire short time we have known each other and thats all i will be.
if you believe we can solve this ourselves then so be it lets close this thread and we can handle this our own way. if they take the 7$ from me ill expect you to reimburse me. im not an asshole and im in no way "out to get you" and i also find myself to be quite a fair person.

ok vampire i think i have the reason (FIRST OFF YOU MUST BELIEVE THAT I DID NOT OPEN A CASE AGAINST YOU IT WAS PAYPAL THAT IS THE HONEST TRUTH I HAD NO REASON TO)
However after looking it seems that paypal have investigated due to the fact i am NOT VARIFIED i bought a paypal from some1 on here for 50k fifa coins it is CANADIAN PAYPAL and i was told that you can buy and sell with this without a problem so i bought 2 off him (YOU CAN CHECK ALL THE POSTS OF ME WILLING TO PAY FOR VARIFIED PAYPAL)
but now they are BOTH limited and i have lost $44 that i now cant use and i have 3 cases about paypal investigation and there is no other reason i can think of other then it being canadian because they are both PERMENANTLY LIMITED). I have absolutly no idea how long the paypal investigation will go on and they should take the money off hold because its not stolen or anything i got it off things i sold,so hopefully they will release it to you.
But after all it does seem like its my fault as i didnt look into theses canadian accounts so i am willing to give you the $7 and let you keep the $7 that they will have to release to you at some point i shoud think.
but by terms are this i cant refund via paypal as i obvs dont have 1 now but i am willing to get something of that value from a shop or what ever as its the only thing i can think of unless you have another idea.
