Proof: I can get a screenshot if you want (although BosnianBeast1 has made the same complaint to the same user)
When did this happen: Today
How did you purchase: He said he would send me some PSN cards
How much?: £20 - £140
Did you;

- Sell? [YES]
- Trade?
Have you contacted the scammer?:- Yes
If yes, What did they say?:- No reply
Other comments: He has paid me to rank up his account on PSN. He hasn't paid me yet. Also just tried to log into his account and he has changed the email and/or password.

The accused has been banned. He clearly was not here to negotiate judging by his replies to both disputes.
